We are a contract business specializing in project coordination and implementation. Focusing on the Interior Design and Real Estate Development industries, we have learned their intricacies. Our clients have relied on us for over 20 years and trusted us to do all kinds of jobs, big and small. Now as a team of twelve Aces, we can take on a wide variety of tasks. Our main projects are display home and rover installs, of which we do over 50 each year, but just ask and we can do most anything! We are located in the Vancouver area but happy to travel.
Display Suite Set Up + Pack Down
Bring us in on Day 1 for everything from unpacking to towel folding, bed steaming, and merchandising. We make your install seamless and efficient. When it’s time, call us again to pack it all down and out.
Rovers (Display Suite Moves)
Moving a display suite from one location to another? That’s a rover, and we make it look easy. Have a warehouse full of furniture and accessories? We can create a rover out of that and install it in your display suite. We’ll even arrange for movers and tradespeople.
Warehouse Sales + Auctions
We call sell your excess inventory of furniture, accessories, appliances, and fixtures via an in-person warehouse sale or an online auction. A private sale is a great perk for your team, or open up your sale to a larger audience to recoup some costs.
Warehouse Management
One of our mantras is from chaos comes order. Let us help you keep your inventory and space organized. Setting up a new warehouse? We can create a plan and implement it so you’re organized from the get-go.
Shopping + FF&E
Our team can shop on your behalf to fill in the gaps while you focus on the big picture during your install. We’re also experienced in sourcing larger pieces for rovers, installs, and residences.
Designer Proxy
Too many places to be, and need a second You? Send an Ace instead! We can consult with the electrician on chandelier height or direct the movers in your stead. Our industry experience means you can trust us to do these kinds of small but important tasks exactly how you want them done.
Furniture Assembly
We’ve assembled so much IKEA furniture, we’re fluent in Swedish. You supply the furniture, we’ll bring the tools. Or take it one step further: we’ll buy it, deliver it, and assemble it for you.
Pickups + Deliveries
Save some time and send us all over town instead. We also have a covered pickup truck for larger loads.
Holiday Decorating
Christmas trees, pumpkins, we’ve done it all. We do both annual holiday set-ups or one-time displays for all holidays including conception, shopping, execution, and pack down.
Office Moves
As their companies grow, our clients call us to help them seamlessly move into new office space. We pack, label, and liaise with IT and movers to minimize downtime and ensure all goes smoothly.
Art Installation
We offer professional art installation to complete your space and complement your design.
Sales Office Restocking
Paper towel, coffee, toilet paper, garbage bags, sparkling water…these are some essentials that keep your office running. Just Ask when you’re running low and we’ll purchase and deliver whatever you need.
Odd Jobs
When you name your company Just Ask Eh, it’s amazing the wide range of things you get asked to do over the years. When you don’t know who to call, ask us!

FF&E procurement and set up of Beta Avenue Childcare Centre
Installation of the FF&E package for all units of a 104-unit furnished rental building. We managed three phases of the project, over 300 suites.
